§ 45-48.1-18. Bonds and notes issued without consent of other entities.

Bonds and notes may be issued under this chapter without obtaining the consent of any department, division, commission, board, bureau or agency of the state or the town, including the public utilities commission and the division of public utilities pursuant to chapters 1 — 5 of title 39, and without any other proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions or things which are specifically required therefor by this chapter, and the validity of and security for any bonds and notes issued by the district shall not be affected by the
