§ 45-48-1. Creation — Corporate powers.

(a) There is created a special water district to be known as the Nasonville water district. The district shall consist of the area bounded by the following: Beginning at the point of the intersection of Douglas Pike (Route 7) and the North Smithfield/Burrillville town line in a generally northerly direction to the mouth of the Slatersville reservoir; then following a generally westerly direction along the contours of the reservoir; and those lots abutting the southeasterly corner of the Slatersville reservoir commonly known as tax assessor's plat 43, lots 42B, 59, 42X, 55, 42W, 42T, 42, 42Q, 45B, 45,
