§ 45-47-10. Insurance commissioner — Regulations.
The insurance commissioner is authorized to issue regulations that are necessary or
            desirable to implement this chapter, including, but not limited, to the name, address,
            and telephone number of a designated official for each taxing jurisdiction from whom
            certifications may be obtained.
