§ 45-44-6. Fee simple conveyance.
If and when the conditions of § 45-44-4 are fulfilled, as determined and certified by the city or town and the homestead
            board, which shall be created to administer this chapter, the city or town shall execute
            all documents necessary to convey a fee simple title to the assigned parcel to the
            qualifying applicant.
