§ 45-39.1-4. Organization.
Notwithstanding any provision of law, charter, or ordinance, to the contrary not later
            than July 1, 2010, each municipal water supply shall be organized, operated, and accounted
            for as an enterprise fund; provided, however, that the requirements of this section
            shall not be deemed to abrogate or impair any agreement, decision, rate, or order
            in effect on July 1, 2009.
