§ 45-39-2. Authorization to sell water.

Every city, town, quasi municipal corporation, water district, authority, or any other agency of the state created by any special or general law, is authorized to sell water to any other city, town, quasi municipal corporation, water district, authority, or any other agency of the state created by any special or general law, in times of emergency or when, for any reason, the water supply of any city, town, quasi municipal corporation, water district, authority, or any other agency of the state created by any special or general law is endangered or rendered unusable and declared so by the city or town
