§ 45-32-47. Continuation of prior projects.

Nothing contained in chapters 31 — 33 of this title, affects the right of an agency to continue and carry out to completion any redevelopment project for which a redevelopment plan has been approved by the legislative body of the community under the provisions of chapter 2574 of the Public Laws of 1950 prior to April 2, 1956, and the provisions of chapter 2574 of the Public Laws of 1950 shall remain in full force and effect and applicable to the project or projects. Nothing contained in chapters 31 — 33 of this title affects the rights of any person, firm, or corporation acquired before April 2
