§ 45-32-44. Compliance with federal wage and hours policies.
Notwithstanding the provisions of § 45-32-43 or any other law, the agency may agree to any conditions attached to financial assistance
            from the federal government relating to the determination of prevailing salaries or
            wages or compliance with labor standards, and may include in any contract let in connection
            with a redevelopment project, stipulations requiring that the contractor and any subcontractors
            comply with those conditions as to minimum salaries or wages and maximum hours of
            labor.
