§ 45-32-37. Immediate payment of compensation — Expediting proceedings.

In any proceedings for the assessment of damages for real property so taken by any agency the following provisions are applicable:

(1) Upon the application of any party in interest and upon joinder of all other parties in interest, the court, on conditions that it may deem proper, may order that the money deposited in the court, or any part of it, be paid immediately, without interest for or on account of the just compensation to, be awarded in the proceeding.
