§ 45-32-33. Payment of agreed price.
If any person agrees with the agency for the price of the real property, or estate,
            or interest in it so taken, the court, upon application of all parties in interest,
            may order that the sum agreed upon be paid immediately from the money deposited, as
            the just compensation to be awarded in the proceedings, except as otherwise provided
            in § 45-31-19.
