§ 45-32-31. Publication of resolution and declaration.
After the filing of the resolution, plat, and declaration, pursuant to § 45-32-27, the secretary of the agency shall cause a copy of the resolution and declaration
            to be published in some newspaper published in the county where the real property
            lies, at least once a week for three (3) successive weeks.
