§ 45-32-28. Deposit in superior court of compensation for property taken.
Upon the filing of the copy of the resolution, plat, and declaration, as described
            in § 45-32-27, the agency shall file in the superior court in and for the county in which the real
            property lies a statement of the sum of money estimated by the agency to be just compensation
            for the property taken, and shall deposit in the superior court, to the use of the
            persons entitled to it, the sum established in the statement or a greater or lesser
            sum in accordance with an order by the court determining the sum which should be considered
            sufficient to satisfy the claims of all persons
