§ 45-32-24.2. Power of eminent domain with respect to recreational redevelopment projects that create and/or preserve jobs within the state and projects financed with incremental tax revenues.

(a) With respect to any project in the state that includes the financing, construction, and development of recreational projects (as defined in § 42-34-6), with planned redevelopment of the surrounding project area, and projects financed with incremental tax revenues pursuant to chapters 31, 32, 33, 33.2, and 33.4 of title 45 in municipalities with a population greater than 60,000 but less than 80,000 that will create and/or preserve jobs within the state, the p
