§ 45-32-24.1. Finding with respect to use of the power of eminent domain with respect to recreational redevelopment projects that create and/or preserve jobs within the state and projects financed with incremental tax revenues.
(a) The general assembly hereby determines and declares that the financing, construction, and development of recreational projects (as defined in § 42-34-6), with planned redevelopment of the surrounding project area, and projects financed with incremental tax revenues pursuant to chapters 31, 32, 33, 33.2, and 33.4 of title 45 in municipalities with a population greater than 60,000 but less than 80,000 that will
