§ 45-32-13. Adoption of plan.
If the legislative body determines that the redevelopment plan is feasible and conforms
            to the general plan for the community, and that if carried out would promote the public
            health, safety, morals, and welfare of the community, and would effectuate the purposes
            of chapters 31 — 33 of this title, then the legislative body may adopt the plan by
            ordinance.
