§ 45-32-12. Conduct of hearing.
At the hearing the legislative body, or its committee to which the plan has been referred,
            shall consider the plan, any report of the planning commission, and any recommendations
            the agency may make, and take any other evidence and testimony that may be presented
            concerning the matters under consideration.
