§ 45-32-10. Petition for zoning changes.

In order to effectuate a redevelopment plan, the agency may petition the legislative body for a revision, amendment, or modification of zoning ordinances affecting the area covered by the redevelopment plan, concurrently with the submission of the redevelopment plan by the agency to the legislative body, or, at any time thereafter; provided, that the revision, amendment, or modification is stated in the redevelopment plan. The public hearing on the petition may be conducted in conjunction with the hearing on the redevelopment plan required by § 45-32-11; provided, that the provisions of §§ 45-24-4 and 45-24-5
