§ 45-31.2-11. Appeal procedure.
Any person or business concern aggrieved by final administrative determination, concerning
            eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this chapter, may appeal the determination
            to the superior court in the county in which the land taken for public use is located
            pursuant to the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42.
