§ 45-31.1-10. Definitions.
The following definitions govern the terms included in this chapter:
(1) "Codesâ€� means any and all rules, resolutions, regulations, and/or ordinances of the
            community involving, directly or indirectly, the health, safety, and welfare of the
            residents of the community.
         
(2) "Communityâ€� means a city or town.
         
(3) "Federal governmentâ€� means the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality,
            corporate or otherwise, of the United States of America.
