§ 45-29-14. Resolutions of necessity for acquisition by city.
Before any city exercises the power of eminent domain, the authority requesting it
            must first adopt a resolution declaring that the acquisition of the property described
            in the resolution is in the public interest and necessary for the public use, and
            that the property is included in an approved project under the housing authorities
            law, and after the adoption by the city of a like resolution.
