§ 45-29-10. Representation of infants and people who are incompetent.

If any lands, or interests in them, in which any infant or other person not capable in law to act in his or her own behalf is interested, are taken by the authority under the provisions of §§ 45-29-1 — 45-29-12 the superior court, upon the filing of a petition by or in behalf of the infant or other person, may appoint a guardian ad litem for that infant or other person, and the guardian may appear and be heard in behalf of the infant or other person; and the guardian may also, with the advice and consent of the superior court and upon terms that the superior court may prescribe, r
