§ 45-28-1. Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the term "housing authorityâ€� means a housing authority established
            pursuant to the housing authorities law (chapters 25 — 27 of this title); and the
            term "governing bodyâ€� means in the case of a city, the council, board, or other body
            charged with governing the city, and, in the case of a town, the town council.
