§ 45-27-6. Continuing validity of signatures of officers.
In case any of the officers whose signatures appear on any bonds or coupons cease
            to be officers before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures shall, nevertheless,
            be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if they had remained in office
            until the delivery.
