§ 45-26-5. Procedure for establishment and incorporation of town authority.
The findings of each town council declaring the need for a town authority shall be
            made in the same manner and degree as is required for each city council in § 45-25-7, and each town authority shall secure its certificate of incorporation in the manner
            prescribed for housing authorities for cities in § 45-25-7.
