§ 45-26-11. Retirement of employees of town housing authorities.
Any housing authority, as defined by the provisions of this chapter, may elect to
            accept the provisions of chapter 21 of this title entitled Retirement of Municipal
            Employees by resolution adopted by the commissioners of the authority, the acceptance
            to be forwarded to the retirement board by the authority in the same manner as provided
            in § 45-21-4.
