§ 45-25-6 — § 45-25-6. Denial of petition for establishment of authority.

§ 45-25-6. Denial of petition for establishment of authority.
If the council, after a hearing as provided in § 45-25-5, determines that neither of the conditions enumerated in § 45-25-5 exist, it shall adopt a resolution denying the petition. After three (3) months have
            expired from the date of the denial of the petitions, subsequent petitions may be
            filed as previously stated, and new hearings and determinations made.
