§ 45-25-33. Severability.
If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences, or parts of chapters 25 — 27 of this
            title shall for any reason be questioned in any court, and adjudged unconstitutional
            or invalid, the judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remaining provisions,
            but shall be confined in its operation to the specific provisions held unconstitutional
            or invalid, and the inapplicability or invalidity of any section, clause, or provision
            of those chapters in any one or more instances or circumstances shall not be taken
            to affect or prejudice in any way its applicability or validity in any other instance.
