§ 45-25-23. Acquisition of land for government project.
The authority may acquire by purchase any property, real or personal, for any housing
            project being constructed or operated by a government. The authority, upon terms and
            conditions, with or without consideration, that it determines, may convey title or
            deliver possession of the property so acquired or purchased to the government for
            use in connection with the housing project.
