§ 45-25-22. Cooperation between authorities.
Any two (2) or more authorities may cooperate with one another in the exercise of
            any or all of the powers conferred hereby for the purpose of financing, planning,
            constructing, or operating a housing project or projects located partly within the
            boundaries of each of the authorities.
