§ 45-25-10.6. City of Pawtucket housing authority.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 45-25-10, commencing March 1, 2012, the housing authority of the city of Pawtucket is expanded in size from five (5) members to seven (7) members. Said additional members shall be appointed by the mayor to serve for terms of four (4) and five (5) years, respectively from the date of their appointment. Two (2) of the seven (7) members shall be residents under an existing lease of a public housing facility or resident under an existing lease who is being assisted under the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) tenant based program in the city of Pawtucket and be at lea
