§ 45-24.6-12. Applicability of other laws.
(a) Any special economic development district commission created pursuant to this chapter will not be subject to the provisions of §§ 42-35-1 through 42-35-18. Any commission and its members will be subject to the provisions of §§ 36-14-1 through 36-14-21, §§ 38-2-1 through 38-2-16, and §§ 42-46-1 through 42-46-14.
(b) In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and any other provisions of the general laws governing the powers of any other district commission created by or pursuant to the general laws, including, but not limited to, the I-195 redevelopment
