§ 45-24.4-8. Purposes and powers of commission.
Any special development district commission created pursuant to this chapter has any
            purposes that are consistent with the declaration of purpose established in § 45-24.4-1, and has any powers that are necessary and incidental to the effectuation of the
            stated purposes and the adoption, implementation, and administration of a plan of
            development for the special development district, and any other powers that the general
            assembly may grant in the creation of the commission.
