§ 45-24.1-7.1. Right of appeal.
Any person, or persons jointly or severally, aggrieved by a decision of the historic
            district commission has the right of appeal, concerning the decision, to the zoning
            board, and a further right of appeal from the zoning board to the superior court,
            in the same manner provided in § 45-24-69 and from the superior court to the supreme court by writ of certiorari.
