§ 45-22-4. Compensation.
The appointing authority may provide and set standards for compensation for members
            of a planning board or commission within the limitation of funds appropriated for
            that purpose, and may, within those limits, provide for reimbursement of any expenses
            incurred by members in the performance of their duties.
