§ 45-21.2-3. Optional retirement for police and firefighters.
In addition to the retirement system established under the provisions of chapter 21
            of this title, any municipality may accept this chapter in the manner stated in § 45-21-4. Withdrawal from the system is in the same manner as stated in § 45-21-5 subject to the provisions of § 45-21.4-3.
