§ 45-21.2-23. North Smithfield volunteer fire department.
All persons who are full time members of the North Smithfield volunteer fire department
            as of July 1, 1990, and thereafter, are considered a group pursuant to this chapter,
            upon enactment of an ordinance by the town of North Smithfield adopting the provisions
            of this chapter for this group. Credit for prior service and collection of contributions
            are pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
