§ 45-21-33. Information furnished by municipalities.
It is the duty of each participating municipality to furnish at the times and in the
            manner that the retirement board may direct, information concerning the names, ages,
            length of service, and pay of members employed by a municipality and any other data
            which the retirement board finds necessary for the proper execution of this chapter,
            and to give prompt notice of all appointments, removals, deaths, resignations, leaves
            of absence, and changes in pay of members.
