§ 45-21-20. Ordinary disability allowance.

Upon retirement for ordinary disability, a member receives a retirement allowance equal to the rate prescribed for service retirement subject to the provisions of § 45-21-31; provided that no member retiring with less than ten (10) years of total service receives a benefit less than the member would have received if the member had ten

(10)years of total service.
