§ 45-21-11. Cessation of membership.
Should the service of any member in any period of six (6) consecutive years after
            last becoming a member amount to a total of less than three (3) years, or should the
            member withdraw his or her deposited contributions, or should the member become a
            beneficiary or die, he or she shall then cease to be a member.
