§ 45-2-39. Care and repair of stone walls.
The town or city council of each municipality and the state of Rhode Island shall
            by ordinance or by administrative order direct that their appropriate departments
            and employees exercise due care and caution while performing tasks of brush removal
            and cleaning in areas of stone walls and boundaries and require that any damage that
            they cause in the process of brush removal or cleaning be repaired immediately.
