§ 45-2-16. Naming of city or town constructions.

Every city or town has the exclusive right, power, and authority to name any and all city or town sponsored projects, including, but not limited to, buildings, bridges, edifices, and any and all other construction or erection sponsored by the town or city and also including all projects constructed or erected pursuant to authority extended to municipal committees of city or town government, including, but not limited to, school committees or housing authorities.
