§ 45-14-8. City of Woonsocket — Interest on delinquent payments.
Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or public law to the contrary, the city
            of Woonsocket or any agency of the city may charge interest on delinquent payments
            for sewer assessment or sewer service charges at a rate not exceeding eighteen percent
            (18%) per annum.
