§ 28-7-48. Prohibition against economic benefit to an unfair employer.

Except for state payments to healthcare providers pursuant to the medical assistance program in chapter 8 of title 40 and the RIte Start program in chapter 12.3 of title 42, the state of Rhode Island or any subsidiary or agency of the state shall not enter into any new contracts with, or provide any new subsidiary, payment, service or state revenue bond money to, nor make any favorable administrative ruling that might reasonably lead to the financial gain of, any employer who or that has been found guilty of any unfair labor practice by an administrative law judge of the National Labor Relat
