§ 28-57-4. Exemptions.

(a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to conflict with the provisions of the Food Code or the Rules and Regulations pertaining to Reporting Infectious, Environmental and Occupational Diseases.

(b) Any employer with a paid leave time off policy or paid sick and safe leave policy who or that makes available at least twenty-four (24) hours during calendar year 2018, thirty-two (32) hours during calendar year 2019, and forty (40) hours per calendar year thereafter of paid time off or paid sick and safe leave time to employees or any employer who or that offers unlimit
