§ 28-5-29. Initiation of judicial proceedings — Powers of court.
Judicial proceeding shall be initiated by the filing of a petition in the superior court, together with a transcript of the record upon the hearing before the commission, and the service of a copy of the petition upon the commission and upon all parties who appeared before the commission. Upon the filing, the court shall have jurisdiction of the proceeding and of the questions determined in it, and shall have the power to grant any temporary relief or restraining order that it deems just and proper, and to make and enter upon the pleadings, testimony, and proceedings set forth in
