§ 28-43-13. Appeals to the board of review.

In the event that any application for refund or credit is denied, the director shall notify the applicant in writing of that decision. Unless the applicant, within fifteen

(15)days after the notice of denial has been mailed to the applicant's last known address, files an appeal in writing with the board of review setting forth the grounds for that appeal, the denial shall be final.
