§ 28-42-43. Acceptance of federal provisions.

The state of Rhode Island accepts the Wagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C. § 49 et seq., in conformity with 29 U.S.C. § 49c, and will observe and comply with the requirements of that Act.
