§ 28-42-30. Replacement of unauthorized expenditures from administration account.

If any money received from the Secretary of Labor under Title III of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 501 et seq., or any unencumbered balances in the employment security administration account as of that date, any moneys granted after that date to this state pursuant to the provisions of the Wagner-Peyser Act, 29 U.S.C. § 49 et seq., or any moneys made available by this state or its political subdivisions and matched by the moneys granted to this state pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 49 et seq., are found by the Secretary of Labor, because of any action or contingency, to have been l
