§ 28-42-29. Expenditure of administrative funds authorized by Secretary of Labor.

All moneys received by the director from the Secretary of Labor of the United States under Title III of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 501 et seq., or any unencumbered balance of the employment security administration account except money received for the payment of expenses incurred pursuant to an appropriation duly made by the legislature in accordance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 1103, shall be expended by the director solely for the purposes and in the amounts found by the Secretary of Labor to be necessary for the proper and efficient administration of chapters 42
