§ 28-42-26. Disbursements from administration account — Unexpended balance.

The entire cost of administration of chapters 42 — 44 of this title, including salaries and other necessary expenditures, shall be paid by the director out of the administration account. The general treasurer shall be custodian of the account and shall pay all vouchers duly drawn by the director upon the account, in any amounts and in any manner that the director may prescribe. Vouchers so drawn upon the account shall be referred to the controller within the department of administration.
